MEETING MINUTES

Tuesday, June 5, 2007

Officers Present: Nancy Bugbee, President

Maryanne Squeglia, Treasurer/Secretary

Members Present: See attached "Sign-in Sheet"

Staff Present: None

NOTE: DUE TO A SPECIAL DISCUSSION WITH SUPERINTENDENT DR. GENOVESE AND PPS DIRECTOR JOAN ENDICOTT CONCERNING THE FAILED TOWN OVERRIDE WE WERE UNABLE TO CONVENE THE SPEDPAC BUSINESS MEETING UNTIL 9:30 PM. ONLY AGENDA ITEMS 7 AND 8 WERE ADDRESSED.

Meeting was held at the GDRSD High School Library with a " Coffee" open to parents.

Nancy Bugbuee called the meeting to order @ 9:30pm. A motion was made to accept the minutes from the SpedPac meeting held April 2007 by Cindy Premu and seconded by Lisa McLaughlin.

Election of new officers as follows:

Maryanne Squeglia nominated Nancy Bugbee as PAC President for the 2007-2008 school year. Lisa McLaughlin seconded the motion. A vote was taken and all were in favor.

Nancy Bugbee nominated Sarah Campbell as PAC Vice President for the 2007-2008 school year. Lisa McLaughlin seconded the motion. A vote was taken and all were in favor.

Nancy Bugbee nominated Maryanne Squeglia as PAC Treasurer for the 2007-2008 school year. Lisa McLaughlin seconded the motion. A vote was taken and all were in favor.

Maryanne Squeglia nominated Melissa Sweeney as PAC Secretary for the 2007-2008 school year. Nancy Bugbee seconded the motion. A vote was taken and all were in favor.

New Officers are as follows:

President: Nancy Bugbee

Vice-President: Sarah Campbell

Secretary: Melissa Sweeney

Treasurer: Maryanne Squeglia
