Directions to the Groton-Dunstable Regional High School
OPTION (1) - From Route 95/128 via Route 3
· Take Rt. 128 North to Rt. 3 North (Nashua/Concord, New Hampshire). · You’ll stay on Rt. 3N for about 12-15 mins. until Exit 35. · Take Exit 35 (Tyngsborough/Dunstable, Rt. 113) · Off exit ramp bear right. You’re on Rt. 113 · Take Rt. 113 for about 3.3 miles – winding through the town of Dunstable · When you reach around the 3.3 mile mark, there will be a double green sign, w/ the lower sign saying “To Rt. 119/Groton” w/ an arrow pointing to the left. · Take that left. This is Groton Street (it’s labeled). · Take Groton Street (which ‘becomes’ Chicopee Row) for 2.8 miles and the High School will be on your right (2 low grey-granite signs – Groton-Dunstable Regional High School); There are speed bumps, so go slow. · Lectures are either in the Library (up one flight of stairs), or in the Black Box Theatre (second set of doors on your right immediately upon entering the High School).
OPTION (2) - From Route 95/128 via Route 2
· Take Rt. 128 North to Rt. 2 West. · Stay on 2 West until signs for 495 North. · Take 495 North until Exit 31 (Littleton/Groton/Rt. 119). Take that exit. · Off the ramp, bear right towards Groton. You’re on Rt. 119. · Take Rt. 119 for about 7.1 miles – AFTER passing over Rt. 495 – (start clocking the miles after Rt. 495. · 7 miles brings you into the center of Groton @ that point. · At around 7 miles, you’ll see the Groton Town Hall on your left (big brick building). Very soon after Town Hall, you want to take the road that goes off to the right (your first right) – Hollis St. (it’s labeled, but the sign is parallel w/ the road, so it’s hard to spot). · Take Hollis Street (becomes Chicopee Row), about 3.2 miles and the High School will be on your left (There are two low grey-granite signs Groton-Dunstable Regional High School). Take that left into the High School. The school is way back in the woods. · There are speed bumps, so go slow. · Lectures are either in the Library (up one flight of stairs), or in the Black Box Theatre (second set of doors on your right immediately upon entering the High School). ·
OPTION (3) - From the Mass Pike
· Take the Mass Pike (90) east to 290 North. · 290 North to 495 North · Off of 495 North, take Exit 31 (Rt. 119, Groton/Littleton) · Off the ramp, bear right towards Groton. [ If you miss 290, the Pike will still take you to 495; 290 just cuts the corner at Worcester and reduces the drive time a little. |
